Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

At Treehousetrends Boutique your satisfaction is very important to us. We will happily exchange or refund regular priced  merchandise within 21 days of the shipping date. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by your original shipping receipt.

All last chance merchandise is a final sale.

All undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, hosiery, and jewellery are final sale .No exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

When shipping your return order back you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once we have received the merchandise being returned we will process the transaction immediately . Please ensure your customer and billing information is included in your returned order, this will help with efficiency in completion of your return. . We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.
